At LIFESPANNING, our goal is to make your ordering process as efficient as possible. Please read our Shipping Policies carefully.
1. Shipping in the United States
- Delivery Areas: We ship to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and U.S. P.O. Boxes.
- Carriers Used: We utilize carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Order Processing
- Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make edits, including modifying or changing the delivery address. Please double-check your order and receipt for accuracy or email us as soon as possible at CONNECT@LIFESPANNING.COM .
- Lost Orders Due to Inaccurate Address: If your order is lost due to an incomplete or inaccurate delivery address (e.g., missing unit, suite, or apartment number), we will not be responsible for a replacement order.
Shipping Schedule
- Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major carrier holidays.
- Processing Time: Orders take one (1) business day to be processed at our warehouse. While you can expect your order to ship one (1) business day after it is placed, we do not guarantee this timeframe as it may take longer during busy seasons.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notice email with tracking information. Use the tracking number provided to track your package online. If you do not receive a shipping notice email within 1-2 business days from the date your order was processed, please check your spam folder for an email from CONNECT@LIFESPANNING.COM or reach out to us for assistance.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days once your order has shipped.
- Alaska and Hawaii: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may range from 1-3 weeks.
2. International Shipping
- Current Availability: Currently, LIFESPANNING only ships internationally to Canada.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated and displayed in your final total during checkout once you have entered your delivery address and prior to finalizing your order.
- Policy Consistency: All other shipping policies follow our U.S. shipping policies.
- Exchange Rates: Exchange rates applicable to Canadian orders will be calculated according to Authorize.net policies and practices.
- Duties and Taxes: LIFESPANNING pays the duties and taxes on Canadian orders, but a small surcharge of 15% of the product value will be added to your purchase.
- Shipping Carrier: Shipments to Canada are exclusively fulfilled via UPS.
- PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO boxes in Canada.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Reporting Issues:
- If you believe your package was damaged during shipping or your shipment is incomplete, you must reach out to us by email at CONNECT@LIFESPANNING.COM within ten days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
- You will need your order number, which is found on the packing slip inside the package, and we may ask you to send pictures.
- Replacement Orders: We will expedite a replacement order as soon as the issue is resolved.
